Jenny Ibbotson is the author of The Obedient Universe ™, a book which sets out her ideas of how we create our own reality and how it is possible for every person to create a more fulfilling, more abundant reality.  The central theme is that if we are experiencing a life characterised by scarcity, pain and suffering, we can change that if we can change the way we see the world.

The Book comes with a CD with three beautiful guided meditations which link to, and provide an experience of the ideas in the book.
